The fitness trail across the Bondo Valley was created to work out immersed in a unique, untouched landscape. The trail has 15 signs marking 15 stages, each of which is dedicated to a different exercise, illustrated by the signs and equipment.
The fitness trail winds through the woods and meadows of the Bondo Valley, and gym equipment is available to everyone. Each stage is marked by explanatory signs helping visitors perform the exercises correctly.
The activity starts with a simple floor exercise, and then becomes, step by step, more intense and demanding.
In fact, the fitness trail aims to offer increasingly difficult exercises, focused on improving muscle mobility, respiratory rhythm, aerobic power and cardiac stimulation, with the aid of specific equipment located along the trail. All this is complemented by specific breathing and warm up exercises, to perform surrounded by the spectacular scenery of the Bondo Valley.
